How will my donation be used at Carnival?

We will take the items we receive and group them with similar items. Categories like Spa Night, Date Night, and so on will allow us to create compelling baskets. Certain items will be selected for Door Prizes, Bingo Prizes, and so on. In all cases, items will receive equal promotion on the website and donor wall.

How will Colwich HSO use the proceeds?

Donations go back to the school in a variety of forms. Field trips, supplies and teacher appreciation are examples of recurring expenses. We also save towards larger expenses. In recent years, we have purchased a new sound system for the school, and the digital marquee out front. We are 100% volunteer run, so all funds make their way to the school.

How much visibility will my donation get?

There are a few ways to get the most out of a Raffle Donation:

  • The Raffle Tables and Donor Wall are placed in the main hall of the school, so all Carnival attendees will walk through it.
  • We’re hopeful for 500 - 750 people to attend Carnival this year.
  • The average visitor to the Raffle website stays for over 5 minutes, so they are highly engaged.
  • Prizes that enourage the winner to visit your business are a way to gain expsoure to new customers.
