Your Announcement on the CES Marquee 📢

For a fee that benefits the school and HSO, you can place a message on the marquee in front of the school. This is an opportunity to recognize a student’s birthday, show school spirit, thank or recognize a teacher or staff member, congratulatory events, etc. on the school’s digital marquee sign. It is a great way to spread positive messages and increase excitement in our community!

We ask that you keep all requests positive. The idea is to build community and school spirit. Political messages, advertisements, calls to action and other similar requests may be denied. If there is an issue with your request, we will contact you.

You can choose a specific date from midnight to midnight on that day, or a full school week.

Once you submit your rental request and payment, we will review it. We will reach out to you if needed, and issue a refund if we cannot accomodate your request. Examples of potential conflicts: Negative messaging Too many messages scheduled Payment issues Design issues

We ask that you submit requests at least one week before you would like them to show up. If we cannot meet your request, we’ll issue a full refund.

Once we have received your request and the payment has processed, we will begin work on your custom design. Once we complete the design and have scheduled it to display, we will send out a confirmation email to you.
