What is Parents Night Out?

Parents Night Out is a fundraiser that takes place at CES. You can enjoy an evening out, while we provide snacks & entertain your kids! This gives your kids a chance to have a fun, enjoyable night with other CES students in a safe environment.

What are the specific details for the event?

Here are the key things you need to know:

• Date: October 7, 2022
• Time: 5:30-9:00 PM
• Cost: $20 per child
• Ages: 3-12 (must be potty-trained)
• Max #: 50 children
• Location: CES-Drop Off/Pick Up at South Gym doors (behind school)

What sort of activities are there?

Each night the kids play on the playground (weather permitting), within the centers there is an opportunity to create crafts, play board games, and other fun activities.

Please no electronics – Kids may bring a toy if they are willing to share with other kids.

What movie is shown?

The Parents’ Night Out ends with a G or mild PG movie.

Many children bring a blanket and a pillow for movie time. Please feel free to bring something cozy for your child.

What snacks and food are provided?

We ask that your children eat dinner before attending.

Healthy snacks and 1 small treat will be provided

Please indicate on your sign-up if your child has an allergy and remind volunteers at drop off.

How do I cancel and request a refund?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the date to receive a full refund. Please contact us to request this. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund if you cancel within 48 hours.

All of the revenue from Parent’s Night Out goes to operate the event and to fund school related activities, class field trips and school needs. If you cannot attend, please let us know.
